Brokerage/consulting fees (where applicable) are communicated in advance and become payable upon successful transaction/closure. Government charges and legal fees are separate unless agreed otherwise.

We are not responsible for disputes between parties, delays, or losses arising from property transactions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of services paid to us.
